Minimum Square Footage:  One Story - 2200 square feet; Two Story - 1800 square feet on the main floor and 400 square feet on the upstairs floor.

Construction Approval Committee:  All building and fence plans are reviewed by a Construction Approval Committee.

Elevations:  Home exteriors must be at least 85% brick, stucco or stone.  No aluminum or vinyl siding.

Set-Back Lines:  Side set-back lines must be at least 8'.

Fences:  The covenants are designed to keep an open flowing look to the development, but still allow residents to establish some privacy with nice fencing materials.

Trees:  Each resident is required to maintain at least two trees 6' in height or greater.
